I have spent 40 years in the automotive industry, working on cutting-edge technology development in areas such as audio systems, car navigation, telematics services, and autonomous driving. During this time, I had the opportunity to engage in numerous projects and contribute to revitalizing many of them.

From these experiences, I have come to realize that “the success of any project depends on the improved performance of its team.”

In today’s VUCA era, where new challenges constantly arise, I aim to leverage my past experiences and the approaches I have developed for tackling difficult issues. Combined with coaching techniques to enhance team performance, I am committed to solving these challenges effectively.

The name “Hirova” reflects our aspiration to be a company that fosters collaboration and creates new value in a space where people gather and innovate—a “Plaza” or “Square” (HIROba in Japanese) for advancing together (adVAnce). As a simple yet forward-thinking company, we are dedicated to contributing to all our stakeholders.
